Advertising
All CUA advertising is managed by the Office of Public Affairs. This includes space reservations and delivery of ads, as well as the execution of advertising commitments and contracts. We offer writing, editing, photography, design and consultation at no cost to schools or departments. However, clients are responsible for paying for advertising placements.
CUA staff and faculty interested in placing advertisements should contact the Office of Public Affairs at 202-319-5600.
Ad Production Schedule
Existing Ads
If you need an existing ad updated or revised, please allow three days from the time your request is confirmed until the ad is ready to be placed.
New Ads
To produce and place a new ad takes at least two weeks.
Ad Campaigns
Ad campaigns take at least six weeks to develop, produce and place.
When planning a request, please remember, advertisement reservation deadlines vary greatly among media outlets. Therefore, contact public affairs well in advance of your projected date of publication.
