In honor of Earth Day 2008, Travis Price, adjunct professor in The Catholic University of America’s School of Architecture and Planning, will discuss alternatives to the architectural homogenization spreading across the global landscape. His presentation will use a modernist architectural perspective to explore connections between the sacred, the cultural and the ecological.

Price is widely published in books and journals and has been featured in numerous films and television programs on design and architecture. He has also delivered keynote lectures at the Smithsonian Institution, the National Geographic Society, the American Institute of Architects, and the Telluride Mountain Film Festival.
