For the Fifth Annual James H. Provost Lecture, Rev. James A. Coriden, J.C.D., will discuss the ongoing growth of lay ministries and the reorganization of parishes. Father Coriden will talk about how the changes are reshaping the Catholic Church and the implications for the future.

Father Coriden is a professor of church law and dean emeritus of the Washington Theological Union. He received his law degree from Catholic University in 1972. He was professor of canon law at CUA from 1968 to 1975, and has worked for the Washington Theological Union since 1975.
