NFL'S Arizona Cardinals Practice at CUA

CUA's Cardinal Stadium hosted the NFL's Arizona Cardinals this week for several practices following their game against the Washington Redskins on Sunday, Sept. 21, and before their game against the New York Jets on Sunday, Sept. 28, in New Jersey.

On Sept. 24, CUA coaches and players had an opportunity to meet some of the leaders of the Arizona franchise at the stadium. The Arizona team has ties to their similarly named hosts. Team President Michael Bidwill graduated from the Columbus School of Law in 1990 and his mother Nancy is a trustee emeritus of the university.

"The facility is nice and the people are great," Arizona coach Ken Whisenhunt told the Arizona Republic.
