Most Rev. Donald W. Wuerl, B.A. 1962, M.A. 1963, archbishop of Washington, D.C.Most Rev. Donald W. Wuerl, B.A. 1962, M.A. 1963, archbishop of Washington, D.C., lectures in a CUA class as CUA’s Cardinal William Baum University Professor of Theology, teaching on “The Bishop as Teacher” to students enrolled in the course Foundation in Catholicism. His professorship provides the archbishop with the opportunity to teach periodically in CUA theology classes. He also gave the Cardinal John Dearden Lecture on campus on Oct. 23, addressing “The Role of Religion in a Pluralistic Society.”
