  • Patrick Dwyer, B.S. 2007Patrick Dwyer, B.S. 2007, has signed to play professionally for the Manchester Magic in the English Basketball League.

  • One of the best fall sports teams at CUA this year is women’s cross country, which was picked in a preseason poll to come in first place in the Landmark Conference. It has won the York College Invitational and Goucher College Invitational meets.

  • As of Oct. 21, the women’s soccer team had an impressive record of 9-2-3.

  • CUA’s football team, after its Oct. 19 Homecoming game, had a record of 4-2, the team’s best mid-season record since the late 1990s.

  • As of mid-October, CUA’s women’s volleyball team had a 5-1 conference record and a 20-12 overall record.
