William E. Friedrich, B.A. 1962 (A&S), is retired and living in Rosman, N.C. His daughter gave birth to his first grandchild on April 8.

Maria Termini, B.A. 1963, M.F.A. 1965 (A&S), of Newton, Mass., recently exhibited 12 of her glass tile mosaics at the Brookline (Mass.) Arts Center and exhibited her weavings and fabric appliqué pieces at the Newbury College Art Gallery.

Jerome G. Miller, D.S.W. 1966 (SOCSV), of Basye, Va., co-founder of the National Center on Institutions and Alternatives, was honored during its 30th anniversary celebration. Under his direction, NCIA has been an innovator in criminal and juvenile justice and human services.

Brother Joseph F. Schmidt, M.A. 1969 (A&S), has written Everything Is Grace: The Life and Way of Thérèse of Lisieux (Word Among Us Press). He is on the staff of the De La Salle Christian Brothers’ Sangre de Cristo sabbatical center in Santa
