In April 2008 the Catholic University registrar’s office began to offer a new online transcript request service. Alumni who had Cardinal Station student accounts (i.e., if you attended CUA in spring 2000 or later) will be able to request transcripts electronically through Cardinal Station, using their login ID and password as their signature. Simply log in to your student account, go to the “Academic” tab, and click on the link “Order Official Transcript.” There is no charge for this service.
If you’ve forgotten your user name and password, or need assistance navigating Cardinal Station, contact the CUA Computer Help Desk at 202-319-4357 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you attended Catholic University prior to spring 2000 and thus do not have an online student account, you can order transcripts by faxing a signed letter to the registrar’s office at 202-319-5831. The letter should include the following information:
• Your name as a student
• Date of birth
• Dates of your attendance at the university
• Whether you were a graduate or undergraduate student
• Your major
• Degree(s) received, if any
• Address(es) to which you want the transcript(s) to be sent
• Your signature
• A current phone number
Also, please indicate if you wish to pick up the transcript(s) in person. Be sure to sign the letter; transcripts are private records and cannot be released without authorization. Immediately after faxing the request, call the registrar’s office at 202-319-6306 to make sure your request was received.
