WHAT: Convention: Contemplating Christ through the Eyes of Mary

DETAILS: The event will include presentations offering reflections on Mary’s role in the Catholic Church as well as workshops focusing on the topics “Mary in the Holy Family: Her History in Art,” “Mary and Contemporary Culture,” “The Luminous Mysteries as Liturgical Mysteries” and “She Who is Full of Grace.”
The convention concludes with a 4:30 p.m. Mass celebrated by Cardinal Theodore E. McCarrick, Archbishop of Washington, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
