Catholic University to

Host Day of Prayer

for Hurricane Victims

 

 

WHAT:             CUA Organizes Religious Services, Prayer Vigil for Hurricane Victims

DETAILS:         Catholic University will hold a Day of Prayer and Communion for victims of

Hurricane Katrina, which has left an undetermined number of people dead and

thousands homeless. The times and details of the day’s events include:

·         8:45 a.m., Morning prayer, Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center, Room 303         

·         12:15 p.m., Mass, Caldwell Chapel

·         8 p.m., Vigil, Columbus School of Law, Knights of Columbus Courtyard

·         9 p.m., Eucharistic Adoration, Caldwell Chapel

 

SPONSOR:       CUA Office of Campus Ministry

 

MEDIA:             MEDIA MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO COVER

EVENTS AND CONDUCT INTERVIEWS. Parking information will be given upon

request for coverage. The vigil is open to reporters and photographers; photography will not be allowed at the Mass, morning prayer or Eucharistic Adoration.
