Secretary of State To Speak At Catholic University's Law School

ecretary of State Madeleine K. Albright will deliver a U.S. policy address at The Catholic University of America's law school at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 23. The event, marking the centennial of the Columbus School of Law, will take place in the law school's Byron Auditorium located on campus at 3600 John McCormack Road off Michigan Ave.
Her talk will be cybercast live through Real Audio at the Columbus School of Law's website. To hear the speech live or recorded, listeners can go to http://www.law.edu. Real Audio software can be downloaded through a link provided on the website.
Albright's speech is one of many notable events planned for the year-long celebration. The law school was established at Catholic University in 1897. In 1954 it merged with Columbus University School of Law, which was established by the Knights of Columbus in 1922.
