DETAILS: The Catholic University of America Symphony Orchestra will present two concerts in November. The orchestra is conducted by David Searle, assistant professor and director of orchestral activities.


The Nov. 15 concert will feature works by Jean Sibelius, Sergei Prokofiev and Robert Schumann. Doctoral candidate Marina Chamasyan will perform a solo on the piano.

The Nov. 17 concert will feature works by Sibelius, Schumann and Carl Nielsen. Doctoral candidate Laura Grantier will perform a clarinet solo.
